Joe Hernandez was Great in meeting my requests! I was very demanding and asked a lot of questions! Joe was very informative and met my expectations! David in financing was great as well! Once I got there didn’t wait long gentleman came out right away and ask what I needed to be done with my vehicle and said I was there for oil change a Once I got there didn’t wait long gentleman came out right away and ask what I needed to be done with my vehicle and said I was there for oil change and he explain to me that they will inspect my tire if rotation needed and etc very detail. Once completed called right away so I can get my keys and again he explain everything that was done to my vehicle took the time and very courteous. My daughter in law had bad service on her last visit that she didn’t want to go back I told her to go during the week instead seems to be the best because the weekends they are in a rush and don’t ask questions once done they leave papers there and leave because they are way too busy. More
