First Service not impressed This was the first service included with my new Tacoma. Started out disappointed that the online appointment wasn’t transmitted to the service departm This was the first service included with my new Tacoma. Started out disappointed that the online appointment wasn’t transmitted to the service department. However they did get me in. Roughly 90 minutes later it was done. 90 minuets to rotate the tires check the fluids and add the recommended additives to my oil and fuel. Following the recommendation also added 40 dollars to the cost of my “free” required 6 month or 5000 mile service. I love my Tacoma and happy beyond words with it. That being said for the price if the service is supposed to be included that should be the recommended service not just an excuse to have me bring it in so you can make another buck up selling me. This by the way isn’t a gripe about the staff they did great. More

Fast, Friendly and Efficient I scheduled my 56,000 k appointment on line and arrived 30 minutes earlier unaware of the time, but was taken in immediately by "Bear" the service man I scheduled my 56,000 k appointment on line and arrived 30 minutes earlier unaware of the time, but was taken in immediately by "Bear" the service manager. I expressed my concerns and Bear assured me he would address them within 1.5 hrs, I was out the door. This visit rates high marks since I was in and out as promised. My car drives smooth and I have the peace of mind knowing my concerns were addressed.
