A Great Experience once again. My family and I have been doing business with North Park for the past several years and we are always treated with respect. During our time buying car My family and I have been doing business with North Park for the past several years and we are always treated with respect. During our time buying cars we have bought cars from three different sales persons and I believe they're all great at what they do because we leave happy. I bought a car and a truck from a different car dealer and in my experience I would not go back to them due to disatisfaction with the treatment and lying to me. Thank you to all who work at North Park Toyota. You do a great job. Always keep your customer service high and treat people the same way and you will have my business for life. More

Worst experience ever puschasing a vehicle. My mother bought a vehicle from North Park Toyota last week. She left the dealship with what she thought was 17 miles on th ever puschasing a vehicle. My mother bought a vehicle from North Park Toyota last week. She left the dealship with what she thought was 17 miles on the odometer. This past weekend she realized the odometer was actually on trip and not the actual mileage. Turns out the vehicle actually had over 900 miles when we left the dealership. I really think the vehicle was placed in trip and reset to display a lower mileage so that we would believe we were buying a new vehicle. 900 plus miles is not new. Someone would have to drive this car for almost a month to get the miles that high. We reached out to North Park Toyota and they put our saleman (Larry Henry) on the phone. He apologized and said it was his fault for not disclosing the correct mileage. He offered to fix the paper work to reflect the correct mileage and extend the warranty for 1000 miles and also offered to throw in some floor mats. The odometer statement she signed said the vehicle had 10 miles. We were not happy with this resolution as the only thing that would have made my mother happy would be exchanging the car for what we purchased "a new car". We then set up an appt with the general manager (Tania Eubanks) for the following day. She seemed sincere in accepting responsiblity for their mistake and said she wanted to make it right. We told her what we wanted was a new vehicle with little to no miles. She said this was not something she could do because the vehicle had already been registered and that they would no longer be able to sell it as new if they took it back from us. Like a typical car saleswoman she kept trying to negotiate what she was offering. She started off at giving us .18 cents per mile on the milage overage then .25 cents then .50 cents then finally offering to cut a check for 2 months worth of payments. If someone is sincere in accepting responsibility they dont try to haggle with the customer. She was only doing what was in her best interest and didnt really care about making their mistake right. We refused the check because we would not have taken this car for 750.00 cheaper based on the mileage vs paying full price for one with 10 actual miles. I told her that they needed to exchange the vehicle to which she replied that we would take a loss if we did that because they would only give us trade in value for it. Why should we take a loss for their mistake? Why dont they take the loss as this was their mistake? She also said we signed the odometer statement as proof of accepting the vehicle. I told her we signed it but that the information was incorrect unknown to us at the time. Basically she is saying because we didnt verify the milage that we accepted it with the 900 plus miles even though the paperwork said 10 miles. How is this practice right? I would think the error on the paperwork would null the contract. I find it hard to believe that all this was done by mistake. The only thing left for us to do is seek legal counsel so I guess thats our next step. The 750.00 check we refused to accept is well worth it if we can sway 1 customer into not coming here. Please dont make the same mistake we did and please make sure your milage is correct so that you dont get screwed like we did. More
