After searching for a new Toyota Tundra in the area I live in ( Beaumont, Texas ) for a few weeks, and dealing with multiple salespeople, I was referred by a co-worker, to Blaine Waddell. I knew exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle, and had a pretty decent understanding of the Tundras and the model I was looking for. I called Blaine, and explained to him what I was looking for. Within a few minutes, he had several options in inventory that matched my needs. He was very thorough in going over options, and making sure I understood all of the features, and actually caused me to realize that there were a few things I was not aware of with this model, including some options that I needed that I was not aware of. Blaine and I narrowed down the options to the vehicle that would fit my needs. After dealing with Blaine on several phone calls, I decided that although I would have to drive 4 and a half hours to the dealership, that the interest he took in making sure I was happy with the purchase, and his attention to detail and personal level of service, meant that he would always be around after the sale. That's well worth a drive! I will be returning to North Park for my wife's next vehicle purchase, and Blaine is currently looking for a vehicle for my son, which I will have delivered in a couple of weeks. This has been a great experience for me, and I love my new truck. I will continue to do business with Blaine, and send him as much business as possible.
