Albert [Salesman] was not pushy at all and really truly seemed to have my best interest at heart. He took my offer seriously and took it to Phil [Finance Manager]. It didn't take very long for us to negotiate the price, and the whole paperwork process took about half an hour. Half an hour after the docs were signed, the car was washed and delivered for my comfort.
