I bought my 2014 Subaru here, waited a month for it. After I took it home I had issues with it shaking at highway speeds. No coolant. Took it back, not fixed. I took it into my own hands and noticed 2 screws holding my Steering Colum really loose. Fixed that issue. Fast forward 1yr, Took it back for routine maintenance and State Inspection. Oil change and Tire repaired. But they told me State Inspection could not be done due to Muffler not there? I was confused. They called my salesman (Osbaldo) and he proceeds to tell me "They told me they couldn't do an inspection" I said "I know, but I'm confused on how this car passed Inspection to be sold to me! He stated "It wasn't his problem" and as other customers watched this interaction I grab my papers and pay for oil change. HOW WAS THIS CAR SOLD TO ME WITH THAT SAME EXHAUST I BOUGHT IT WITH? HOW DID IT PASS INSPECTION? The whole exhaust is the same color,rust, etc.. I have had issues with this car from day 1 . Moral of the story is Find yourself a dealership that will help and understand your issues. And not LIE and say you modified a car. More
