My service manager was Alex. He was the best service manager that has attended my car.at Subaru and I use Subaru service center at this location a lot. He sent me a video of mechanic doing the inspection of my car. My car had a very bad vibration. I could clearly see what was wrong with my car. They even checked my brakes and let me know that the rear brakes needed to be replaced. I had all of the work done that was recommended. My car drives as smooth as a new car.
