We’re sorry to hear you felt your vehicle wasn’t given the attention it deserved. We understand how important it is to feel confident that your concerns are being thoroughly inspected and addressed. In this case, we actually provided a complimentary diagnostic inspection as a courtesy, even though diagnostic checks are not normally performed free of charge. During that inspection, our team determined that the vehicle’s exhaust system is extensively rusted and in need of repair. We explained the findings and recommended the necessary repairs, but the repairs were declined at that time. We’re always happy to provide customers with an honest assessment of their vehicle and explain our findings and recommendations. If you’d like to discuss the inspection or have any additional questions, we’d be happy to review everything with you.
