I blew out a tire on Saturday evening while visiting the LA area for the weekend. I had planned to drive back to San Diego on Sunday afternoon. I tried to find somewhere that could replace the tire on Sunda LA area for the weekend. I had planned to drive back to San Diego on Sunday afternoon. I tried to find somewhere that could replace the tire on Sunday, but I was told it that the tire for the 2023 Prius Prime is an unusual size that most shops don't stock and don't know if they can find on short notice. So I dropped the key through the service center door and waited for word. That meant I had to extend my lodging until Monday morning. Motel check out time was 11 am. My ONLY complaint about the whole experience, is that I was never able to communicate with the service center. I needed to know whether I should extend my motel stay past check out time. But though I called several times between 7 am opening time and 10 am, I never reached a representative. Luckily, I got a text at 10:30 am saying my car was ready. I did not need to extend my stay. But a simple 15 second message would have saved me much anxiety. And given the dealership a better rating. I cannot finish this form because I have NO idea who I "worked with." More
