The Customer Service Ruined It I was promised that the dealership would wait a couple minutes after closing if I called to say I was running late to pick up my car after servicing. I was promised that the dealership would wait a couple minutes after closing if I called to say I was running late to pick up my car after servicing. Not only did they say that they wouldn’t wait for me, but when I did arrive 3 minutes before closing the cashiers cut me off, rushed me out and locked the door immediately. They drove my car out and (without mentioning this) had just plopped a broken and dirty hubcap of mine in my back seat. When I asked some employees walking by what happened they just told me it was broken. I asked them to put it back on and they said we could but it’ll just fall off. Instead of mentioning to me earlier in the day that THEY broke it off and I would need to replace it myself. It may be one mile from my house but I will literally NEVER return here. (Service Aid Rep Richard was super nice, but didn’t check my vehicle history like he was supposed to and tried to get me to pay for $1200 worth of service more than I needed) More
