I went to the service department on a Saturday. Even with an appointment, I had a predicted 2.5 hour wait time for an oil change. Then, nobody informed me when my car was ready. After waiting for three hours I went to check with someone at the service desk and they had all gone home for the day. The cashiers tried to radio someone who didn't answer and they started to tell me that I wouldn't be able to pick up my car until Monday morning. Fortunately, one person answered his phone and was able to get my car out of the garage a little after 5:00 pm. More
