I brought my car here to fix the tire pressure sensor light multiple times but they never fix it and yet they charge me for the labor, I got the car from them brand new in 2022, not even a year I had thi light multiple times but they never fix it and yet they charge me for the labor, I got the car from them brand new in 2022, not even a year I had this problem already. Now it’s been 2 yrs they haven’t fix it. The third time I went there for the same issue they told me that the tire pressure sensor is not communicating, they want me to come back another time. I went to Toyota Northridge instead and they helped me, they told me that who ever service my car ( North Hollywood toyota )messed up and broke the rim that’s why the tire pressure sensor is on. Northridge Toyota fixed it for me without charge. So thanks to them. More

I never get a call returned when I’m told “they will get right back to me”. Customer service is not good.
