A bit my fault for taking a 12-year-old car to ANY dealership for service, but it seemed like an emergency at first. Prices for basic diagnostic tests were high, prices for the actual diagnostics I su dealership for service, but it seemed like an emergency at first. Prices for basic diagnostic tests were high, prices for the actual diagnostics I supposedly needed beyond that were astronomical compared to local shops I checked with and quotes on possibly needed services were of the range where you'd just sell the car instead. But that's a dealership for you. Customer Service was so-so; my car returned to me with the plastic engine block cover missing (not the hugest deal, mostly cosmetic but still....) and when I went back they couldn't find it and just gave me another random one that someone else might now be missing. Unlikely to return here. Paid $215 for lost time and general annoyance. More

We were quoted less than $900 for spark plug parts and service. My husband asked why the spark plug service was $900, and Russell said the labor drives the cost up. Russell also told us that there was a d service. My husband asked why the spark plug service was $900, and Russell said the labor drives the cost up. Russell also told us that there was a dramatic decrease from the previous cost of $1400. We asked about coupons we had and he said Toyota no longer accepts the coupons they send their customers. When I paid I was charged over $1400. I asked Russell why, and he said the 900 was a quote for the parts only. However, the invoice states that parts were $295. Nothing he told us turned out to be true. I have purchased three cars and serviced them all at Toyota of North Hollywood. Unfortunately, this experience ends my loyalty to your dealership. More
