My situation was a rather unique one. I was already getting a Subaru coming off of a Crosstrek and moving into an Outback. I was paired up with Andrew! He was amazing!! We had an issue with our new Forester. We noticed the windshield had scratches on it after it was detailed, we mentioned it and discussed that we would go back and get it looked at. When we did a few months later we were informed that Subaru would not replace due to time. We left very disappointed. After two days the service manager called us back to inform us that the dealership would replace it at their cost. We were very pleased with this news. The dealership made it right and we felt that they handled it with respect and honesty. More
