Great all around sales experience I was in the midst of the car shopping grind when I recieved a call one morning from Bob Waite at North End Subaru. Bob's customer service was outstanding and the main reason I drove an hour to visit him and the dealership. Bob made the entire process easy, and I walked away feeling like we both got good deals on the sale. I'd highly recommend Bob and NorthEnd Subaru to anyone! More

Deceptive Business Practices Was told (on a Wed.) we could take vehicle to our mechanic for inspection once service repairs were completed (Friday morning) and that they'd hold th Was told (on a Wed.) we could take vehicle to our mechanic for inspection once service repairs were completed (Friday morning) and that they'd hold the car with a $500. Deposit. They charged $500. To my credit card and DID NOT hold the car. They sold the car before my son was scheduled to pick it up on Friday morning, and did not even let us know until I called to verify that the car was ready for pick up - that's when they told me the car had been sold (all while they still had retained my $500. Deposit). Based on this experience, I consider them to be very deceptive and unethical. More

Very Professional and Customer Focused This 2015 Legacy was our second new Subaru this year. We replaced our older Honda CRV with a 2014 Forester back in February.
