Luke again I sincerely apologize that we were not able to obtain the car. North End communicated with you from the beginning the estimated time of arrival of said car, and also most important that we were able to make a verbal agreement with another Subaru dealership to get you this car, since it was the only one in New England. We relied on their word, which unfortunately they decided to sell the car to one of their customers and only communicated that to us, when we called to arrange picking up the car. we immediately communicated that to you. I personally called you and spoke in length to help you in your purchase of a new legacy. I thought the offer to get you the exact same car with a different interior color that was coming into our inventory in late june, plus provide you a free rental until the car arrived, plus an additional $300.00 dollars off the all ready low True car price was generous. I did indeed leave for a few hours sick, and wanted to ensure you were followed up on. You declined the offer, and we gave you back your deposit. During our conversation I even offered you to drive the 2015 until we could order you a 2016 in the exact colors you initially requested at no additional cost to you. You declined that also. At the end of the day we failed to sell a new Subaru to a customer that came recommended by one of our many satisfied customers, and yes I did state "we are a destination dealer, and do rely strongly on referral and repeat business. I understand your frustration as I stated in our phone call. I was as frustrated with the other dealer, but again I tried to remedy the situation as best as I could. When making verbal agreements with our network of dealers I do expect a level of trust, and unfortunately this dealership chose to break that level of trust and sell the car to someone else. Luke I have and will always be available to my customers. You are more than welcome to call me anytime.

Hello Subbie464. I wanted to reach out to you on email, but the email address you have given on this review is false. I immediately did a full investigation including watching film of your car thru out the process. First of all its always my goal to ensure a customers complete satisfaction. Since buying these dealerships in November 2005 we have served over 25,000 customers and have a customer service rating in the top one percent of the country. I am very proud of my 55 employees, and hold each one of them accountable for exceeding every customers expectations. Clearly we failed with your service. I did indeed review the tapes, and I did reach out to you personally. Unfortunately after speaking to you, I tried to explain the situation only to have your resort to name calling and acting quite hostile. I do understand that you have had complaints with both other Subaru dealerships and have written reviews about your poor experience with them. I am at a point where I just don't know what we could do to satisfy you. You made it clear to me you don't trust anyone! and I wish we could have had a better outcome. I do wish you the best, and hope you find a dealership that you can trust. Since the first three have by your accounts let you down. I did try to talk with you, but your insistence on attacking everything I said, with words like "listen Buddy" is not a mature way to hold any conversation. Our techs did everything right, including rotating your tires a second time, which in our personal conversation you did admit that they did indeed rotate them twice. all though in your review you state they did not rotate them at all. To say we are running a deceptive business, I think I can say without doubt, we run an ethical business, and as I said when I personally called you, I would be glad to help you any way I can Our customers are are greatest asset. Without them we would not be in business.
