I guess it was all those ads on the TV that convinced me to just go up there and try one out. I'v been wanting to get there but have been not well. Just had Brain surgery July 18th, and it did solve all of my pain. So it was time to get a new car, so I got a 2014 Limited Edition Outback. I just love it. Even though Frank went over all of the features I know I will be calling him up to ask more questions. You can't get it all in one shot. It's a lot to take in. I did bring my Son-in Law with me as he was in the car business for over 20 years and he know the lingo, I don't. That was very helpful with my decisions. I give Frank a A+++++. Great guy and if I ever trade this one in it will be him that I will work with. Everyone there was very nice too. Tom Liddle was great in doing the paperwork too. Thank you Marjorie A. Leach More
Bob is the Best! Bob was great when we bought our previous Outback so we went back to him. I know I can call Bob anytime to review the "how-to's" and to check on glitches (mostly my fault). Bob guided us through the ordering process and kept us up to date with the timing of the car's arrival; test drive and explanations for all the new technologies and differences from our previous car. Mike explained the different features of the test cars I drove and after making the purchase, on the day my Subura Impreza was ready for me, he took all the time I needed to go through all the features before I drove off.and went into great detail to explain all the benefits of the Rewards Program. Tom Liddle was excellent t also with preparing all the business paperwork to finalize the deal and to go over the loan documents and other vehicle documents with me, and to answer any questions I had. Had to wait a short time, but was told very accurately when it would arrive - and it did. Quite happy with the vehicle and the financial staff found an excellent interest rate. More

We had a couple ideas in mind but once we got to North End Subaru, we knew we were in the right place. Frank Lajoie helped us immediately, with no pressure and sound advice. He is amazing! And after we purchased our new car, he made sure we were all set and went over all the features in detail (quite a pleasant surprise). He was great with our hyper 3 yr old. The whole deal was very quick and painless. We are definitely going back for our next new car! More

I recently received a phone call from the salesman I purchased the car from, Dave Graves, to follow up as it is the 3 year anniversary of the purchase of my car. The purpose of the call was to make sure I was still satisfied with the car and the service I had been receiving. First, I couldn't believe he would take the time to follow up after 3 years. I did mention that my ipod didn't seem to be working anymore with the USB port. Dave Graves took the time to call the service department to see what the possible cause was. He called me back to say that I needed a new USB port installed, and that he checked to see if the service department had the part in stock and, possible times I could get an appointment to best suit my schedule. Again, as always, Dave Graves went above and beyond what I would ever have expected. During that phone call, I found out he was now working in the Mazda building. As I have been more than pleased with his dedication to his job and customers, I was concerned he would no longer be my salesman. However, he assured me that I would still be his customer and to contact him with any concerns I had. I can defintitely say when I need a need vehicle, he will be the person I contact. Thank you North End Subaru and Mazda, and Dave Graves for the great service! I will be posting this review on both the Mazda and Subaru site. More

I had not planned on buying an Impreza, but wanted to test it and quickly realized why Subaru had such a cult following. Bob guided me through the purchase by providing me with a lot of useful information and no pressure. I was referred here by a good friend and would recommend the sales team to anyone I know.
