This Dealership although small, rates Number One in my books! Their Sales Department is there to assist you with any questions you may have, but; they don't follow you around pressuring you to buy. They a books! Their Sales Department is there to assist you with any questions you may have, but; they don't follow you around pressuring you to buy. They are very Professional and knowledgeable about the product(s) that they sell. The Service Department is also Top Notch and they too do not pressure you to have suggested repairs/service performed. I have shopped other Subaru Dealerships in the past, but; have always found myself back at North End Subaru. They are the best in New England! More

Bought car here and always have it serviced here $$$$. I’m an embarrassed victim of Northend bait and switch. Given price for tires, dropped car off, picked up loaner and later get a call that price chang I’m an embarrassed victim of Northend bait and switch. Given price for tires, dropped car off, picked up loaner and later get a call that price changed +$40/tire. Said they quoted wrong size. Should have told them to F it but was on my way to meeting - Had an out of town trip next day and wanted new tires on. Lesson learned about doing biz here. Then today get email saying they need my car 2 hours for software update. Couldn’t this have been done last week during tire install? Shame on me for trusting Northend to treat me fairly. They see a woman come in and take advantage. More
