Roger was very accomodating giving me a loaner for the time my car was being serviced. Everyone in there was very friendly and helpful. Roger helped me detail my car also which was absolutely great! I had purchased a 2003 mazda 6 for my son back in Oct. 2009. I have had several mazdas before and presently own a 2009 Mazda 6 Grand Touring which I love. My son's car was purchased at a small used dealer 2009. I have had several mazdas before and presently own a 2009 Mazda 6 Grand Touring which I love. My son's car was purchased at a small used dealership in Leominster Ma. When my son took the car to be inspected several diognostic problems showed up and we took the car back to the dealership in Leominster. Finally the car ended up at North End Mazda for reprogramming. We got the car back and the engine light went right back on. Our dealer had it towed to North End Mazda again. They tried flushing the engine several times, but suggested the engine needed to be replaced, it was full of sludge. I live in southeastern Mass. about 2 hours away so I had to rely on phone conversations in dealing with this problem. I started talking with Roger and John on a regular basis because at this point I had lost all confidence in the dealer and he had become very difficult to deal with. Roger and John were more than helpful. They explained everything that was going on with the car in a very clear and honest way. It really wasn't their problem; they ended up involved in a very roundabout way, but they couldn't have been more obliging. After 6 months and an engine replacement the car is still not running and has never been inspected. Thanks to a letter from John to the Lemon Law Arbitration board on my behalf we will finally be receiving our money back. It has been a very long haul!! I want to make sure that John and Roger are recognized for their outstanding service. I could not have won without them!!! Sincerely, Sasha Buck More
I absolutely love the service department at North End Mazda. They are friendly and never try to talk you into things you don't need I didn't buy my 05 Mazda 3 from North End but have brought it for every Mazda. I am always able to get in very quickly and if it's going to be a long wait they offer brand new, clean loaner cars. Even when I don't have coupons(which they are great about sending to me in the mail) they always find some discount to give me. I've never felt ripped off and overcharge. Actually most of the time I feel like I'm getting over on them. But I guess when you treat them right as a faithful customer you should expect them same exceptional service in exchange. Which they undeniably deliver at every visit!!!! More
Roger is the best service manager I've ever dealt with - seriously. He's honest, friendly, and always goes to lengths to make me feel comfortable with the service my car gets. Bought a 2010 Mazda 3 from North End Mazda. Everything was going great until after I pickup the car. I called service to schedule my first oil change. I had between 6k-7k miles. The guy that answer the ph was going great until after I pickup the car. I called service to schedule my first oil change. I had between 6k-7k miles. The guy that answer the phone was nice for the first five to ten seconds. He told me that I'm 3 times over on miles and my warranty is voided on my car because of that. And I would have to pay out of pocket for anything that goes wrong with the powertrain. When I figure I was not getting anywhere with this guy I then ask him to speak with the General MAnager. He quickly answer back 'He's not excepting any calls right now' and hung up on me. Now I have been working in commercial service for about 8 years and if anybody treated an customer like this they would be in the unemployment line. I recomend to anyone to not got to North End Motors in Lunenburg MA. More
