Chreighton took me on a nice curvy road to test drive the miata, which really showed its strengths, and spend quite a bit of time answering my questions and discussing the car. David helped close the deal with Andrew, and Jason did the finance documents. The process overall was simple and straightforward. North End Mazda is a fairly small dealership and offers several advantages; they are not pushy, the buying process is simple, and they are more likely to take care of you with servicing the vehicle after the purchase. In my experience, the prices are just as good as the larger dealerships. I would recommend North End Mazda and I highly recommend working with Creighton and/or David. More

Marty, the GM, was quick to respond to my e-mails and Mark, the salesman, was very knowledgeable about their inventory. Great experience...could have been a disaster! We have an '11 CX-9 that started making a funny noise. I bring it in and I'm told there is a TSB on the front differential and it will have to be rep We have an '11 CX-9 that started making a funny noise. I bring it in and I'm told there is a TSB on the front differential and it will have to be replaced and covered by an extended Mazda warranty to cover the TSB. Worked with Mike Maillet- he immediately put me into a loaner CX-9 and sent me on my way. Mike did a great job of making this part of the transaction painless. The next day I get a call that the failed differential also destroyed the transmission and a new one would have to be ordered and it would take a couple of weeks to come in. Bracing for the worst, I asked Mike "Ooookaaayy...so where does that leave me?" His response: "That leaves you driving our CX-9 until your new differential and transmission are installed at no charge to you." I couldn't have asked for a better answer. Mike did a great job keeping me in the loop, and my CX-9 was returned and has been fine. The icing on the cake is the fact that the lower part of the front fascia had been pushed in by a snow bank. When we got home, we noticed that the tech at North End Mazda had pushed it back out/reset it for us, at no charge. Great store- highly recommended. More

Even though there are two Mazda dealerships within 12 miles of my home (one of which is 2 miles away), I will keep going to North End Mazda even though it is 70 miles away. My sales person, Mark Atkinson, is a true professional. He gave me his best price right from the start and I bought the car 10 minutes later. Honest, straight forward and looking to build a long-term customer relationship based on trust. Jesse Manning, like Mr. Atkinson, tries to make the car buying experience as efficient and comfortable as possible. On a scale of 1 to 10, they are a 15. More

He listened to our criteria, listed several options both new and used, and worked to make sure that we were comfortable with both the process and the end result. Not an easy thing to do with someone after an accident. Jason in financing worked with us to make sure the numbers worked, and as a team gave us a great car-buying experience. We wound up with a new CX-9 that fit our growing family needs. I'd highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from North End Mazda, and Mark in particular. More
