Well, as a college professor who teaches speech communications, he presented with all the A+ qualities for exceptional customer service. His approach was./professional yet with warmth and sincerity. He was also patient with me! "Thank you Jeremy!" (smile) I always buy my own cars ... I'm one of those women who loves cars and loves research. I drove a few cars ... in bitter weather conditions.as Jeremy waited for me to return. I would tell him, "Jeremy where's your Coat?" in Conclusion, there's a real lack of excellent customer service ... trust me! Jeremy should not only be training professionals in these skills but also deserves to be recognized and awarded for these qualities he offers his company. Please, do NOT overlook him! Next, Mike Pinto = Could there be a better team (Jeremy and Mike), - no way! Mike Pinto also was/is a VERY patient and knowledgeable professional. One of many qualities that struck as exceptional regarding Mike Pinto, is that he was calm, determined and he never spoke to me in a loud tone. Test drove all the vehicles we wanted, sometimes more than once, and each time it was hassle free. They understood our timeline and there was no pressure to 'buy today'. During this time, we also cross shopped many other brands and dealerships, of which only one even came close to providing as satisfactory an experience as North End. When we finally decided on a new Mazda3 2.5GT, they searched and found the car/color/options we wanted at a dealership in NJ, and had the car delivered at no extra charge in a couple of days. The paperwork process was (almost) flawless (not due to any fault of North End), but they made all the necessary accommodations to ensure a timely delivery. Mike was great to deal with on the financing, and went over all the details, explaining everything so that there were no 'surprises'. Jeremy then took all the time we needed to go over all the details of the car and North Ends support services. All in all, this is that way car buying should be - straight forward, customer-oriented and stress free. More

This test drive, and the fact I wasn't bothered with incessant sales calls brought me back to the dealership about 3 weeks later ready to purchase. The sales process was fantastic. He personally went out on their lot (without my asking) to verify that they had the exact car I wanted on their lot. He was very straightforward, helpful, and no pressure via email and phone so I decided I really wanted to buy from Mark. I went right into the dealership that day and Mark was a delight to work with. Mark was perfectly straightforward, helpful, honest, and knowledgeable, with no manipulation or pressure. Whether it was discussing the car I wanted, my old trade in car, or the loan I wanted, Mark was great to talk and work with. He made it smooth, easy, and hassle-free. For the loan I needed, Mark referred me to Mike Pinto who also works at North End Mazda/Subaru.
