In March of 2009 I can remember leaving a certain Honda dealer in Nashua and feeling like they were going to cheat me over. On my way home I stopped into North End Mazda just to look around and later walk dealer in Nashua and feeling like they were going to cheat me over. On my way home I stopped into North End Mazda just to look around and later walked out with a brand new car thanks to Andrew. From the moment I stepped on the lot I felt ten times for confident with the staff than at any other dealer. The sales process couldn't have gone any better. Over the past year I've stopped in for numerous oil changes, some accessory help, and both 15k and 30k services. Each and every time I open that door Roger Hanks is standing there with a big smile and remembers my name every time. He is always the most helpful with finding me the best deals and service. Roger was also the only person to notice the front end damage sustained from a small winter accident that I was completely unaware of. Before him all the other technicians from the standard oil change joints had never mentioned it to me. Congratulations North End Mazda, you've made a customer for life. More
I've been taking my 2002 Mazda Protege5 to North End Mazda for 10s of thousands of miles. I bought it in 2004 with 38,000 from a small used car dealer and it's still running great at 132,000 (and climbi Mazda for 10s of thousands of miles. I bought it in 2004 with 38,000 from a small used car dealer and it's still running great at 132,000 (and climbing) thanks to all the great work from the service crew at North End Mazda. I come from a family of do-it-yourself types, mechanics, engineers, etc. so I've learned a lot about engines and how all the parts work together and I tend to be able to diagnose problems fairly accurately. As a college student with no money I spent time with my dad replacing worn out parts with refurbished ones from the junkyard and doing basic maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations on my first two cars. So you might wonder why someone who does their own maintenance and repair would take their car to a dealership to be worked on. Well, initially, it was due in a large part to having moved to my own apartment and not having a driveway to work in anymore, secondly, I was working a lot between 2 jobs and had no time to deal with maintenance or repairs. My first major repair was difficult to diagnose until the engine light finally came on. I brought it to the auto shop where I'd gotten my inspection sticker for years. They told me the EGR valve was malfunctioning and that it would take them a week to get the part and then install it for me. I couldn't wait that long, so I went up to North End Mazda figuring they'd likely have it on hand or could get it immediately. That first visit sold me. Roger listened to me as I explained a few things about the car and the diagnosis I'd gotten as well as other concerns that were minor but needed addressing. Never once did I feel uncomfortable or patronized- because I'm a woman. Not only did they get my car fixed in a day, but they gave me a loaner vehicle free of charge to go to work. The repair was done right the first time, there were no additional fees and the pricing was fair and service was beyond what I expected. Since then I've taken my car back time and time again. Roger consistently gets me the best deal and tells me honestly and upfront what's going on. I never get the run around you hear people say they get from some less reputable dealerships. I'll get update phone calls if I have to drop it off and he'll ask me if I want something done before they do it if it was found on a full circle inspection. Awesome. Most recently, I brought the car in for a replacement AC compressor. The original was malfunctioning and making a horrid sound. A new AC was installed but something was still wrong with the system due to physical break down of the original part and North End had to order and install a second new AC a few days later. I got a great price, got to drive two different new (2010) loaner vehicles, and I've got colder AC now than I think I've had in a couple of years. I feel the service team at North End Mazda go out of their way to make sure they take care of their customers, so I've been recommending them to everyone, including people that don't own Mazdas. I've also had the pleasure of talking with some of their sales staff about a Speed6 that was on their lot. All in all, great staff at North End Mazda; definitely people you'll enjoy doing business with. More
We brought out car in with an intermittent check engine light. The dealership and especially Roger kept looking for the issue until the determined the root cause and fixed it. I'm giving Noth End Mazda an excellent rating and I'm about to tell you why.... I've had three car buying experiences and in the end they were all hell. I knew I was going to be needing a newer vehicle s about to tell you why.... I've had three car buying experiences and in the end they were all hell. I knew I was going to be needing a newer vehicle soon. I had a Town N' Country that I loved but kept having problems with it and being a mom of two small children I knew I needed something safer. After having smoke blown up my you know what twice, I was getting a little frustated and ended up at North End Mazda. I CAN NOT express the utmost respect I have for these people in the sales and service department. They are definatly all around THE best car sales company I have ever seen in all of the area. Tony was the sales rep. assigned to me and not once did I ever feel uncomfortable in any way. I explained to him what I was looking for and what I could spend and then he introduced me to the new Mazda5!! It had the sliding doors which were excellent. I was better able to access my children in and out and it had was very spacious, great on gas and almost within my price budget. They bent over backwards to make sure to find something that worked for me! In the end they ended up doubling the trade in amount of my vehicle among other things just so I could have a safer vehicle for my family which I will be greatfull the rest of my life! Most people out there do not care like these people. I just recently today went back to North End Mazdas service center where I met Roger Hanks. He tells you like it is and is very honest. he is THE best service consultant I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I now know that whatever and whenever a problem occurs( and they do with vehicles we all know) Roger will make sure to care of me no matter what. He is reliable, caring, and honest. They have reasonable prices and are very knowledgable. I know I can trust him and his team and that means a lot to me. I have been recomeding them to everyone I know and to anyone that wants to feel safe and at home when purchasing a new vehicle this is the place to be !! NORTH END MAZDA OF LUNENBURG!!!! More

I can't say enough how Great the Service Dept. is at North End Mazda !!! They go out of there way to make sure all my needs are taken care of !!! I purchased my Mazda 5 from North End Mazda a year ago. I am still very pleased with the sale process and feel I got a good buy. They provided a loaner vehicle because it was a 7 hour service (60k service, ac recharge, etc). Service is always friendly. I continue to return to the dealership for service because I can rely on the s service (60k service, ac recharge, etc). Service is always friendly.
