After buying a new Mazda3 from this dealer in August, my wife and I were so pleased with both the car and the dealer that we returned to buy ANOTHER new Mazda3 from them in December! Can up from PA to buy a leftover 2010 Miata from North End Mazda. Made the deal over the phone with Valdez and was treated fairly. I actually bought the Mazda 3 from a Subaru salesman on the other side of their lot. Great experience there, but recently I was having an issue with a minor oil leak. I dealt with their Service side and found them to be very honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. In particular, Roger Hanks was exceptionally helpful and gave me some great advice when they discovered it was the drain plug that had not been put on correctly by a oil change shop "technician." The best part was there was no charge. I know that people often share horror stories about dealing with the service departments in dealerships, but I have found North End Mazada's service to be excellent. Highly recommended!! More
