I was thrilled with the fast and friendly service from the Mazda service team! I had my truck towed there last night and this morning I recieved a call from Steve Gagne, the head mechanic. We went to see a preowned VW Tiguan they had listed in cars.com for some time. First I called them up to make sure the car was still there as Lunenberg is a long way to drive. Bob Waite answered my call a cars.com for some time. First I called them up to make sure the car was still there as Lunenberg is a long way to drive. Bob Waite answered my call and we arranged to see the car on Sunday. When arrived, the car was already up front and Bob greeted us. He was friendly and very down to earth, not like your usual, over-slick and pushy car salesman. We took the VW for a test drive along with Bob. And then for comparisons, we asked if we could test drive a preowned Mazda CX-7. Bob accomodated that request without hesitation. My wife and I then talked numbers with Bob, and we needed some time to think it over. All the while Bob was never pushy. In the end, we told Bob we needed more time and that we'd go for a short drive to think it over. Bob didn't hesitate to suggest taking the VW out again. By the time we got back, it was well past closing time and most of the dealership had already left. Bob never mentioned closing time and gladly stayed to let us mull it over. In the end, we decided to buy the VW and have it financed through the dealership. We worked with Tom the business manager (who was also very accomodating!) and we drove the car home on Tuesday. We would highly recommend North End Subaru and certainly Bob Waite. He was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. More
