Cannot recommend this dealer enough! Car buying is such a dreaded task especially when handling deals out of state. Carly, Lance, Greg and Brian went above and beyond providing a truly rememberable experience. Transparency was there every step of the way and communicated very well through all of my many questions. The team ensured I would be taken care of since I was having to road trip 4 hours. Spent only the time necessary to get all paperwork handled on site as we took care of most via phone and was on my way back to Atlanta in time for dinner! Many thanks to the team there! More

I initially gave a 5 star review on June 8, 2023. However, this has been a horrible car buying experience. I went to register my car and get a tag, but the title app was missing in the paperwork. I c However, this has been a horrible car buying experience. I went to register my car and get a tag, but the title app was missing in the paperwork. I contacted the dealership and all I’ve been told is they were coming to my house because they need me to sign more paperwork and they’ll bring the title app. I haven’t seen or heard from anyone. I have 2 days to get a tag, the check engine light and low tire pressure light came on when I drove the car home on the day that I purchased it. They added on extras for lifetime tire and rotation, and something to put on the windshield, but I live an hour from the dealership and it’s not convenient for me to take the car to get the tires rotated and balanced. Plus it’s cheaper to have it done where I live, but they charged me for their service and it was added to the financing of the vehicle. At this point… they can give me back my down payment and get the vehicle. Brandon was super nice while he was trying to sell me the vehicle, but he hasn’t followed up with me and he sold me a vehicle that already had issues. North Country Ford in Arab, Al is very shady. I guess I was an easy target because they felt that I was desperate for a vehicle. I’m not signing any other paperwork so the vehicle can be picked up once you’re ready to come get it. Just bring my down payment with you. More

My review is based off looking at over 50 dealership websites for a used truck. I drove hundreds of miles, saw dozens of trucks and talked to countless car salesmen. Out of all that searching, I can eas websites for a used truck. I drove hundreds of miles, saw dozens of trucks and talked to countless car salesmen. Out of all that searching, I can easily say that had I started with North Country Ford, I could have saved a ton of money and time. Shawn Nichols was my salespersons I cannot think of how he could have done better than he did. Customer service, communication, humor, informative, helpful are all the things I got with that guy. Above all else, he wasn’t pushy or just trying to sell me a truck. There wasn’t any unnecessary “upgrades, added cost” whatever pushed on me. If that all weren’t good enough, he coordinated my truck to be delivered so that I didn’t have to drive as far. So, I got all that and never even met the guy. Shawn, his Manager and finance guy were all amazing and I would highly, highly, highly suggest skipping the other countless dealerships and check with them first. They will absolutely take care of you from start to finish! Oh, and no… I didn’t get paid to write this review… it’s all honest because with all the crummy dealers out there, it’s nice to have a place like this. More

Terrible service department. 3 times in 3 times failed. Carried out Jeep in for the second time for a repair that there was a service bulletin on. Didn’t make the repair nor did 3 times in 3 times failed. Carried out Jeep in for the second time for a repair that there was a service bulletin on. Didn’t make the repair nor did they call to say they hadn’t. Wouldn’t return my phone calls. “Head” service guy is screaming at the service writer then has me to drive a nice young lady around to duplicate problem. Come back then the same guy starts in telling me that he’s not honoring my warranty and I’ve got to carry it somewhere else. Complete and absolute jerk and unprofessional in everyway. They don’t answer the phone, have absolutely no no customer service skills, and problems almost always start at the top not at the bottom. Actually felt sorry for the service writer but won’t ever use them again. ❌❌❌ More
