I was looking for a car for my mom and I came to look at the car beforehand; I brought my mom two days later and once again, James explained the features and the process to my mom. I visited and contacted a couple of other dealers, but the service didn’t compare to North Bakersfield Toyota. We were all very satisfied and content with the purchase.
