I was infuriated when I left. I was put off for almost 20 minutes before being sent to Dave Cook. Dave first informed me he needed to "make a call" which he did while I waited. It just happened to be a 20 minutes before being sent to Dave Cook. Dave first informed me he needed to "make a call" which he did while I waited. It just happened to be a personal call on his cell. Then he shot the you-know-what with an employee for another 5-10 minutes before asking if he could help, deciding he didnt want to or couldn't, and then asked me to return next week. Unacceptable. If he had asked up front why I was there at least I wouldn't have had to listen to his annoying call and xx-ing with an employee.... More
