This service was for routine maintenance service. However, my challenge is I work 60 miles from home and very long hours each day. The overnight drop off is great. In addition, I can't always arrive before 7:00 pm to pick my car up. This is the third time I've made arrangements for service. Twice I've had to pick the car up after hours and never had any problems. This time I actually arrived prior to 7:00p and the cashier and serviceman that was still there were terrific. I'd also like to add that the detail service report I was given was also extremely helpful. Not only was this for an oil change, but a tire rotation and a product upgrade. I also asked for the brakes to be inspected. The service report very clearly stated not only what was done, what was found, but also what to expect, i.e. amount of tread currently and the amount of tread that would indicate a need for change. This truly helps me plan for upcoming routine maintenance expenses. Owing a car can have its own set of issues, but Norris Ford service has made maintenance and service a pleasant experience. More
My experience having service performed at Norris Ford has been outstanding. Moe Qureshy, the service advisor I work with, is consistently accommodating and informative when scheduling the appointment and an been outstanding. Took my car in for service as it would not run. They replaced my fuel pump for $1000 dollars. When I went to pick up my car someone had hit it on their lot. Their lot has cameras and is gated, but they replaced my fuel pump for $1000 dollars. When I went to pick up my car someone had hit it on their lot. From the way the general manager is acting, i get the feeling he has seen the video and probably knows which one of his workers hit my car. My car may not be brand new, but it is my car and i do my best to take care of it. This is total xxxxxxxx!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
Service rep was very attentive and made sure that I was taking care of. When the work couldn't be completed that day, they got me into a rental. Had blown engine, and Chuck sent me to Mr. Harvey Applebee to help me by a new car. Which he gave me a real good deal. Also bought back the Ford Exporer at a rate I was not expecting. I purchased my Ford 500 in March of 2011 at Norris Ford. I bought a warranty with my vehicle at the time of purchase and have been bringing my vehicle in for it's check ups as needed. Mr. Chuck Burke is the service representative that I have been dealing with at this location. My father who also purchased his vehicle from Norris Ford also has Mr. Chuck Burke as his service representative. We are very pleased with Mr. Burke. He is very friendly and he really is concerned about his customers. This is one of the qualities that me and my father really like. While your care is in for service or repair Mr. Burke will call and let you know what is going on with your vehicle, what it may need and how much it will cost before the repairs are made. He then will call when your vehicle is ready for pick up. There is just such a friendly atmosphere. Even when you are waiting for your vehicle they have complimentary coffee and a Television to watch while you wait. The service Representative will come over periodically to let you know what is going on with your vehicle. I have not once had a bad experience at Norris Ford. As a customer of Norris Ford I would recommend this dealership to others. I know when I am ready to purchase another vehicle, Norris Ford will be where I go. More
I did not have an appointment. Chuck took the vehicle in to have the service (oil Change) right away. I was also having a problem with a speaker not working properly. I wasn't going to wait but it was com to have the service (oil Change) right away. I was also having a problem with a speaker not working properly. I wasn't going to wait but it was completed quickly anyway. The oil was changed and the speaker was replaced. The service tech kept the vehicle clean. Cant beat that for $12. VERY NICE SERVICE PERSON, VERY HELPFUL AND NICE TO DEAL WITH.HE TOOK HIS TIME AND EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT HE WAS DOING.
