Excellent Customer Service I am the owner of M & N Professional Concrete. I called Norris and spoke with Stu. I explained what I was looking for in a work truck. He got me info on what I had requested along with a quote within a very short period of time. I provided him the info which he requested and in just a short time, he called to say everything was good and that the truck was getting cleaned up and would be ready for pick up shortly. I was driving it off the lot a few hours from when I had originally reached out to him. Very professional and seamless transaction. He informed me that in the future, he could have it delivered to me so I wouldn't even have to come in to the dealership. That is service. I plan to purchase all my fleet trucks from Stu at Norris.
