Bottom line up front: Norris Ford and Gary Parsons were amazing to work with in buying a new car. We bought ended up buying a new Ford Explorer after weeks of shopping around. This was not the first ca amazing to work with in buying a new car. We bought ended up buying a new Ford Explorer after weeks of shopping around. This was not the first car I have ever bought. Normally, the process ends with me just settling on whichever dealership gives me the best deal. After shopping around for almost 2 weeks, visiting multiple dealerships, and honestly dealing with some of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with in my entire life; we are extremely happy we went with Norris Ford. We had multiple dealership tell us to bring in our trades, and then give us inflated offers to get us to drive to their dealership, just for them to add in hidden fees, give us thousand less on our trades, and straight up lie to us about the price. Gary was very patient while we shopped around trying out different SUVs, and going to other dealerships. The original reason we didn't start with Norris was because they were about an hour from us, while all the other dealerships were relatively close. Norris Ford was extremely clean, people were actually wearing masks, and everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly. It reminded me of a mom and pop dealership, where they cared more about the people they were dealing with, rather than just make a sale, or being a cog in a machine. Plus, whenever Gary was up and about trying to get us the best deal, Stan Ma, who's desk was next to Gary's, was pleasant to talk with. You can tell a lot about a dealership when the sales team members are actually nice to one another, rather than trying to undercut each other. Ultimately, Gary was polite, professional, caring, and was extremely transparent on the prices.
