I am not happy !!! I was there today 07/16/2016 around 12:00 mid day to get oil changed based on my service guaranty schedule.What the guys did made me upset.One of the I was there today 07/16/2016 around 12:00 mid day to get oil changed based on my service guaranty schedule.What the guys did made me upset.One of the mechanic made me to ask specific person inside to get oil changed .That man took me outside to see my vehicle ,It was taxi.He refused to give oil change service,and told me that I had first to get appointment to get served.My complaint is :1)why he wanted to see my vehicle & then refused service.2)why I was made to request specific person?3)why he took me outside to ask if I had an appointment ? More

Regular maintenance of my Toyota Justin was very professional and willing to answer my questions and concerns. Oil Change I forgot to make a reservation for service and just pulled into the dealership. They took the time - and the responsibility! Driving along not doing a thing when all of a sudden my car lurched, started making awful noises and had little acceleration or breaking. I limped up to the dealership, where service people poured out the door to see what was wrong. They had the car for several days and had to take the engine apart to find the problem. End result: a bracket in the oil cap had broken off and fallen into the engine. The dealership test drove the car repeatedly to make sure that all was well after it was repaired, provided me with a loaner car for the time they had my car - and because it appeared that the problem was a result of the oil change they had done, they assumed all responsibility - no charge for all the work they did. They were concerned, patient with my mild hysteria [this happened the weekend of my daughter's wedding!] and apologetic. I cannot ask for more than that! More

Justin Auchter I had my first accident & had never had to deal with car repairs on my own before. I took my car to a few other dealers, but just received the regular I had my first accident & had never had to deal with car repairs on my own before. I then went to see Justin Auchter @ Cowboy Toyota who immediately made me feel comfortable & answered every question with such patience. Justin was very thorough, making arrangements for a rental car & making sure I understood all that was to be expected. Justin is very knowledgeable & offered me his extensive expertise. I am very grateful to Justin for making what could have been a difficult experience so much easier for me. I was more than pleased when I got my car back.
