Justin Auchter I had my first accident & had never had to deal with car repairs on my own before. I took my car to a few other dealers, but just received the regular sales person. I then went to see Justin Auchter @ Cowboy Toyota who immediately made me feel comfortable & answered every question with such patience. Justin was very thorough, making arrangements for a rental car & making sure I understood all that was to be expected. Justin is very knowledgeable & offered me his extensive expertise. I am very grateful to Justin for making what could have been a difficult experience so much easier for me. I was more than pleased when I got my car back. It looked like it had never been damaged, plus it was washed to a sparkle! I will definitely recommend Justin Auchter to all of my family and friends. Exceptional Service! More

The service department is great. I had a transmission issue with my 2013 Camry and visited another Toyota Dealerships in Richardson that was not able to fix the issue. In another atte I had a transmission issue with my 2013 Camry and visited another Toyota Dealerships in Richardson that was not able to fix the issue. In another attempt to fix my car, I stopped in Cowboy Toyota and was greeted by Shelly Jackowski in the Service Department. She was very friendly and listened to my issue. She called Terry from service and had him ride with me to determine what the issue may be. Terry was very helpful and had me set an appointment so I could leave my car. Together, they made me feel like Customer Service was a number 1 priority. After leaving my car, they fixed the issue the first time. Great Job. More
Best Service Department in the Metroplex! Hands down! I will only bring my Toyota Camry or Scion Xb to Carlos Ramirez for my car to be serviced. He makes me feel like family, always making sure my car is I will only bring my Toyota Camry or Scion Xb to Carlos Ramirez for my car to be serviced. He makes me feel like family, always making sure my car is taken care of in a timely manner, and that if I have any issues they are taken care of immediately. I can tell he has been trained to give excellent customer service and it is a plus he is Bilingual. I will never get my car serviced with any other service advisor! C More
