We had a scheduled appointment and it still took an hour and a half. I asked the service advisor if we should reschedule. He said no. It was 80 dollars for just an oil change. They parked the car out front in the parking lot instead of under the roof. I was keeping watch in that location. My husband went out to the parking lot and found the car himself. I went to get the keys and Tony had a customer. I went to the cashier to check out and they said that I had to go to my advisor. Tony had several other keys at his desk. Waiting this long and the vehicle sitting out front really was uncalled for. More
