Amazing Liann comes through again! Liann knew exactly what I wanted and worked hard to find it. This was the fifth, but certainly not the last, vehicle we bought from her. She doesn't treat people like customers, but as friends. She calls to let you know what is going on, checks back to make sure everything is up to your expectations. Richard in financing was also great and made the process fun and painless. When we came to pick up the RAV, Liann was not able to be there, but had been in touch with us to let us know where everything was and what to do. We were met by one of the owners (how often does that happen?), who then saw that we had everything, even putting the dealer tags on himself. Rodney helped with Bluetooth and answered any questions. Liann later called to be sure that everything had been handled to our satisfaction. We love Liann and Cowboy Toyota obviously works as a team with your best interest at heart. More

I already knew which car, what color, what options, and what budget I wanted so the next step was finding a dealership that could provide the best price and service to get me what I wanted. I went to several Toyota dealerships searching for the best price and service with many of them falling short in one area or another. At Cowboy Toyota, I absolutely believe I got the best price and the best service on my 2014 Toyota Camry. I requested an internet price on the Camry and Liane Mann quickly responded. I also had a few follow up questions and explained to Liane what I wanted and what my budget was and she went out of her way to get me what I wanted. She was very thorough and courteous and made the car buying process very easy. At Cowboy Toyota, the car buying experience does not end when you sign on the dotted line. Liane has also followed up with me several times to make sure that I am still happy with my purchase and to see if there is anything she can do to further enhance my experience with Cowboy Toyota. He reviewed all of the features of the vehicle with me and was sure to look up any answer, if needed, to be 100% sure I had the exact details. I had already had a bad experience at another dealership where my research gave me more information about the vehicle than the sale man. Billy, on the other hand, knew all of the features and I definitely learned from him. He spent the time with me to go over every aspect of the purchase process and all of my options. I picked up my vehicle a couple of days after I purchased it, due to my schedule and my trade in, and Billy spent the time with me to go over the vehicle again so the features were fresh in my mind. Although I'm still in the Truck brand decision phase, because of Ed, I'm sure I'll not only be deciding Toyota but only buying from Cowboy Toyota.
