I originally contacted Cowboy via online chat because the Toyota.com website indicated they had on their lot the vehicle I wanted, which is hard to find in our region. Patrick Ogbeide (Internet Sales Director) responded immediately and was extremely easy to chat with, but told me the Tacoma I wanted no longer was available. He gave me Cowboy's quote on a vehicle meeting my requirements that he could bring in from another city and made it clear he would do all he could to get my business. But Cowboy is 2 hours away and I already had done a test drive at my local Toyota dealer and had been in contact with a Fort Worth Toyota rep who sold me my last car, both of whom had offered to locate what I wanted. So I told those two to give me their best quotes and I'd buy from whichever of the three dealers gave me the lowest total price, including the options I wanted to add. To my surprise, Cowboy's quote was dramatically lower than the other two and Patrick made it easy for me to buy in Dallas, meeting every question/concern with a quick and perfect solution that cost me nothing. Three days after I made a deposit on the only Tacoma in the Gulf States region that met all of my specifications, James Smith (Internet Sales) picked me up at my home, provided delightful company on a long drive through pouring rain, and efficiently coordinated with Patrick and the business office to expedite my sales experience.
