I was greeted promptly upon arrival at a clean dealership and the car was sitting on the ramp waiting for me to view and drive. The salesman was friendly as well as knowledgeable about the Toyota product. They were on much better than the dealerships which I bought my MR2, Avalon, and Camry in California. The were on the level of dealership where I purchased my Lexus LS430, IS 300 and HS250h in California. They arranged for a complimentary loaner to tide her over and lo and behold her new car arrived two days earlier than expected. Those that did get back to me did not give me pricing on the vehicle I was looking for, rather miss quoted me on a inferior vehicle to try and get me in the door.
