He responded quickly with the list price and an "internet offer". The price was right on target. When I went in, Billy was unavailable; so I was assisted by Liane Mann. Liane was very friendly, down-to-Earth, and genuine; I did the deal on the spot. After the initial sale, Billy took great care to make appointments for touch-ups on the paint and additional installs I requested. He also took the time to show me how to use all the features on the vehicle. My partner and I will be purchasing a second new car soon. We already know that it will be a Toyota; and we know exactly who we will be buying from. More

We visited the Dallas Convention Center Auto Show, and noticed the Toyota Camry (also de Prius) as very interesting auto choices among all cars, especially now that gas prices are going up. And after invitation for a test drive, found the Camry great. In fact the test car was already sold by the time we went back to the dealer. They sell like hot cakes. And after further looking, the hybrid mileage is even more interesting and attractive, is one of the top ten cars rated this year !!!! Pricing within what Consumer Report says, received a fair price, the sales person wasn’t pushy, and overall purchase experience was great. You may communicate back and forth by email and make your own decisions, (rather than being trap by a salesperson that the first thing asks for your credit report and doesn’t offer a price until you say how much you are willing to pay a month). Patrick O. (there are two Patrick) was there to help, you may communicate with him and get a quote. He found for me the right vehicles, with all the options, and the color my wife selected. He was very knowledgeable about the product, options available and made the transaction go smoothly. He explained all the controls, dials, knobs and displays in the car. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend him. Once I bought the car, they arranged for a complimentary loaner car until the new car arrived a few days later. We were very happy with the service we received from everyone at Cowboy but especially Patrick O. and Felana. Now that I get a great MPG, love my hybrid car more. Will recommend you add the LoJack (is such a great car is now on top of the sweet cars list) and wish they had body side moldings. Other than that, is a great car, great salesperson, and great dealership. And now that we have the car, they offer a service that they will pick up the car at home and bring it back if we need to service the car (within 10 miles). Even though we couldn't buy our Sienna there (it's a 2005)we've taken it there for all the service. Nothing has been needed except regular maintance, other than an exploded moon roof. Insurance covered that but it was time for a new timing belt. I called a closer dealer and was quoted $495. I don't seriously think I'd have gone there anyway but Cowboy's quote was $395. My insurance company deals with Enterprise. They gave me a 2011 Impala. It was very underpowered and so was the air conditioner on 110 degree day! When I got my Sienna back I was one happy person! I know my car is old, but I promised "her" I wouldn't trade her in! I really do need a new vehicle and kind of flirted with the Ford Flex. But as I left the service department, I thought about the terrific service I've had at Cowboy...honest...dedicated...and the best price around. I'd be crazy to give that up. Now the problem is deciding which Toyota..Sienna or Venza! So, the service department was the deciding factor. I hope the owners know just how valuable Shelly and Alan are! More
My previous vehicle was totaled on Christmas Eve of 2011, and I had my final day in the rental car the insurance company had provided. I had another vehicle in the works at a different dealership, awaiting a call from them concerning some maintenance issues. They never called, and my wife and I felt that they had lied to us on a few things. While waiting for a response, my wife had found a nice looking Pre-Owned Prius at Cowboy Toyota. She had spoken with a salesman named John Petro, and had mentioned how nice he was. We drove an hour away to see the Prius. Once we told John the specifics of what we were looking for, he suggested that we look at a vehicle that had just been traded in. It was a one owner, 2006 Prius with only 19K miles. Fully loaded. John and his sales manager, Scott Hardesty, worked out a deal with us with no pressure, and we left there completely satisfied. Moreover, the finance guy was very friendly! Overall, our car purchase experience was FANTASTIC! The entire team worked with us, not against us. They EARNED our business, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We will definitely keep them in mind whenever we decide to purchase again. More
