Robert contacted me to make sure everything was going as it should, even though he was no longer affiliated with the dealer I was working with. When he found that they did not complete my transaction, he offered to get me the same deal at his new location. It was the easiest car purchase I have ever had! Everyone at Cowboy Toyota did what they said they would, when they said they would.The entire process at Cowboy Toyota took 3 days, and I got a better price and more options than my original deal. Robert has gone far beyond what I expected, with excellant communication and offering anything I could possibly think of, including offering to deliver my vehicle to a metroplex address, store it until I could get there to pick it up, even provide airport pickup, as I live in Arizona. The finance department was flawless, giving me every conceivable option and scenario to choose from, then getting me the option I determined was best for me. The paperwork was complete and without surprises, except that the interest rate on the final paperwork turned out to be lower than the original quote. Wow! I got the best price available on the truck I needed, more options than I thought I could afford, and a lower interest rate than quoted! Combined with Roberts Unbeleivable customer service, Cowboy Toyota has made me a customer for life.
