To be honest I've never thought very highly of car salespeople. When I was younger and dumber I had a couple of bad experiences buying new vehicles. Once with a Honda dealer and once with a Nissan dea salespeople. When I was younger and dumber I had a couple of bad experiences buying new vehicles. Once with a Honda dealer and once with a Nissan dealer. And for years as soon as I sat a foot on a dealer lot I was on the defensive and probably had a little attitude as well. I know the salespersons job is to give you as little money for your vehicle and get as much money as they can for theirs. They have to make a living just like the rest of us. It's just bad that some dirty salespeople can give all salespeople a bad name. I have been waiting for the 2014 Highlanders to be released. And finding the combo of options and colors I wanted was virtually impossible due to the shortage of the Highlanders on the dealers lots. On a few occasions I almost settled for something I know now I would not have been happy with. I live in Northwest Arkansas and I spoke with several dealers local and as far away as St Louis and Dallas. Only one Salesperson was willing to work with me on a price and finding me the the vehicle with the options and colors I wanted, Even when I would change my mind on the colors and if I wanted the XLE or the Limited, She did what she could to accommodate my request. She never once made me feel rushed to buy. Even when I was second guessing some things, She took her time time to explain everything out in a way I understood. In the end she found me the exact vehicle I wanted. She even found it where the dealer actually owed me a refund. And when I was picking up the vehicle, She noticed that the front windows weren't tinted. She supplied me with a loaner car and within an hour I got a text saying my Highlander was ready to be picked up. So here's to you Karen Schlatterer For all you did to make sure that in the end I got the vehicle I wanted. Thank you for your time and your patients throughout the many times I changed my mind. These two ladies worked hard as I dragged my feet working the deal. They did not get upset or show any frustration. Karen was very attentive and responsive to my wants and my concerns. She worked very hard to help me get the car I wanted and at a good price. This was the best car buying experience I have had in my many years of buying vehicles since I am in my 50's. Karen was excellent from the very beginning with the buying deal. She recognized that I was not a person who enjoyed purchasing vehicles. She was very knowledgable in the Tundra I wanted to buy and kept me informed. We worked to get the maximum rebates and pricing I wanted and made the process smooth. I was not placed in an office and left there for long periods of time but was respected for the way I wanted to be treated which I established from the beginning. I wanted a specific color 1794 which was in short supply. Due to a recall it was taking a couple of weeks so Karen and Patrick found one for me that was released and had a couple of employees drive to Oklahoma pick it up and drive it back. It was prepped, inspected in Texas and cleaned to make it ready for me to pick up the following morning. In the mean time they had already prepared the financing and had it ready when I showed up and Richard made that process go smoothly and quickly. All in all I would highly recommend Cowboy Toyota, Karen Schlatterer and the team. I could not have had a friendlier, more knowledgeable experience anywhere else. More

I have bought all of my cars from Ed Giraldo at Cowboy Toyota. I even ordered a car from him after I moved to North Carolina and he made sure the car was delivered to me out of state! I wanted a different color vehicle than what was in stock, and he was able to get me the vehicle in the color I wanted. The paperwork process was seamless. I purchased a vehicle before and had awful experience and was dreading to go through the car buying process once again - James changed my experience! James was not one of those "shark" like salespeople who trick you to get stuff you don't need. I got a great deal on the vehicle and great service - would absolutely recommend this dealership to everyone. A great dealership to work with! First, they were kind enough to come get us at our home since we did not have a car.
