Very satisfied, service is two thumbs up! :) I knew what I was looking for,when I went to Cowboy Toyota, Billy Goss took me straight to the car that I told him I wanted. Billy Goss was great We started out looking at a used Prius V. The car was very low mileage and the price as good and Billy was very friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. We were kind of disappointed though in the interior condition of that car. It should have been detailed better before being placed on the lot. We elected to also look at new Prius V's they had in stock with Billy because we liked him so well. We wanted the Two trim level but with the Homelink mirror (garage door opener built in). That is not standard in that trim package so Billy searched the state of TX and found there were 9 in stock. Only one of them was in the DFW area. Ironically we had already driven that car at another dealer and were not happy with our treatment there. We told Billy we had a firm price on that car and he said "Let me see if I can beat that price." So we said OK and he beat the other dealer's best price by $500 without seeing it first. Ultimately we bought that car from him, they traded the other dealer for it and Billy went and got it. We had really good financing lined up, %1.49, but the finance guy asked "f I can meet or beat that will you let me finance the car?" So we said yes provided there was no drama involved. He made one call, got us 1.39%, we did the deal and were in and out of finance in 30 minutes or so. If you don't want the normal retail car buying BS from a dealer, go to Cowboy, tell them not to give you the run around and then let them do their thing! Great experience. Far from where we live so probably won't go back often but very pleased. More

I purchased my car in 2011 from Doug Chambers and when it came time for my daughter to purchase her car I went straight to Doug. I believe he is honest and extremely customer service oriented, great communication between us, he called, emailed and texted the necessary information and details for my daughter to make a decision remotely (she goes to school in Houston). Whenever the need arises for my family to purchase another vehicle we most certainly will be turning to Doug for help. More
A sad story brightened by the great folks at Cowboy Toyota I was in an accident on April - in my almost new Toyota 4 Runner which I purchased at Cowboy the previous May. Liane was my rep then and wanted my old I was in an accident on April - in my almost new Toyota 4 Runner which I purchased at Cowboy the previous May. Liane was my rep then and wanted my old 2008 4 runner and sold me a beautiful replacement in 2013. As mentioned in April 2014 my car was totaled BUT I am alive because the Toyota did its job it saved my life. Now to the brighten my day part: 1) Liane called me on hearing of the accident and was very compassionate. When insurance was processed I was lucky to have some equity but no what I had had with my trade in. Liane found me a sweet deal - a demo that meant a little chip of the price with a vehicle more than comparable with my 2013. 2) She listened - I didn't want another white one too many memories; I wanted a moonroof and back up camera - I had missed that in the 2013. She hit the mark with all my request. When I walked I didn't have to browse a million cars. The console apps and stereo is awesome in the 2014 - a silver lining on a miserable experience along with heated seats :-). 3) Felanna was empathic and worked hard to figure out my loan needs with no judgments or hassle. With a small equity check and some refunds from prior prepaids and great skills we got me a great deal for financing too. I drove home that day in my lovely mean looking steely gray awesome sounding and riding truck. More

With the exceptional assistance of Karen Schlatterer at Cowboy Toyota, we found everything we needed and all elements of the sale and trade-in were handled expertly and with sensitivity to our needs and concerns. Easiest New Car Buying Experience - Ever The lease of our Rav4 was close to the end. We received a mailer for some Memorial Day specials from Cowboy Toyota. Our long-time Service Rep, Shell The lease of our Rav4 was close to the end. We received a mailer for some Memorial Day specials from Cowboy Toyota. Our long-time Service Rep, Shelly J recommended Liane Mann. After agreeing to meet on Saturday I had some unexpected delays but Liane was very accommodating to my schedule. We arrived at 5:30 and she was taking care of three customers and acknowledged us quickly and in a very friendly manner. We took the vehicle we had previously discussed for a test drive. When we came back, Liane asked how we liked it and we said we loved it, so she said she would get Patrick to start on the pricing. Although we did not agree with the first offer, Patrick came out and spoke with us. Patrick and Liane then went to bat for us and came back with an offer that I couldn't refuse. We then completed the finance shortly thereafter. The entire process was one of the easiest I have been through. I hate buying a new car and going through all the haggling. I didn't have to do this with Cowboy Toyota, Liane & Patrick.. I had done research and had spoken to several dealerships in the DFW area. The deal I got through Cowboy was the best deal for me. In February our other vehicle lease will be up and I will go back and work with Liane & Cowboy Toyota again. More
