They truly helped me believe in Toyota Dealerships again. I had the most horrific experience at Toyota of Dallas so I was reluctant, but Cowboy Toyota really turned things around for me. perfect I have been nothing but pleased with every aspect of every part of this dealership. After 11 months I had a a/c fan go out and due to the weather tur I have been nothing but pleased with every aspect of every part of this dealership. After 11 months I had a a/c fan go out and due to the weather turning cold and rainy it was difficult with no window defrost or warmth. The dealership not only got me in that day but when I arrived 45 minutes before closing they got the blower motor replaced. I know it is a half hour job and the fact they got it done when they did has bought my loyalty to this dealership from now on. More

60,000 Mile Service I was a Sport City customer for 20+ years. The reason I kept going there was because of Carlos Lopez in their Service Department.
