I have a large family, and we have bought several cars, but no sales person has been as good as Karen. She went above and beyond what is expected. Karen works extremely hard, and she works late! She would answer our questions even if it was 9:00 pm. Not only was she very resourceful, but she was also very patient. She personally delivered the car to my house despite the fact that we live around 3 hours away from the dealership. I have never seen a car sales person be that kind, generous, and helpful. Of course, I recommend Karen to anyone who is interested in buying a car. More
