Sales agent, Karen, worked wonders to close my purchase. I wasn't satisfied with just any Toyota, I wanted a Camry Hybrid with certain options at a fair price. Karen searched a five state area to locate the I wasn't satisfied with just any Toyota, I wanted a Camry Hybrid with certain options at a fair price. Karen searched a five state area to locate the car then had it transported to Texas. We met a couple of days later and negociated a fair price, closed the deal then surprisingly Richard through indirect financing, logged into my pre-approved Credit Union loan, uploaded all required documents (saved me a visit to Garland) and I drove the car home. I will return to Cowboy Toyota when buying another Toyota. Thanks Karen for all your efforts. Izzy More

When we arrived, he’d arranged for the exact model we wanted, along with one trim level down, to be available for inspection and test drive! He worked with us to match the price we wanted, got it approved, through on-site finance, etc., in record time, and got us out the door within a couple of hours, driving our new car. The whole experience could not have been easier, and both Rodney and Richard (in Finance) could not have been easier or more pleasant to work with. All in all, a great experience, and one we look to repeat at Cowboy next time we need a new Toyota. More
