My wife and I were looking for a Camry a few weeks ago. We thought we had found one at another Toyota dealership, but we decided to look elsewhere as we were not treated very professionally. I was in contact with James Smith at Cowboy Toyota via email while this was happening. He seemed courteous in email and on the phone. We looked at several other Toyota dealerships to find my wife's "perfect Camry" this for her being one with all of the bells and whistles. James contact me via email and said he had a Camry he thought we would like. We showed up after closing time and James had the car ready for us to test drive. He was super nice, competent and professional and even though y'all were techniquelly closed he did not make us feel rushed in any way. We loved the car so we ended up purchasing it that night. He stayed after we purchased it to help my wife integrate her phone to the car. I just want to commend both James and also Richard in finance for treating us so well. I really hate buying cars so I try to do it as little as possible but the experience at Cowboy Toyota made me appreciate those dealerships, although few, that really treat their customers right. James Smith is a great customer service representative, salesman and an asset to your dealership. If any of my friends are looking for a Toyota I'm going to send them to James Smith. Treat people right and they will do so to you in return, that's what I believe. Thanks again for the great service. More

TOOK MY HIGHLANDER IN FOR BRAKE WORK ALAN HAD HIS TECHS CHECK IT OUT AND TOLD ME THAT IT DID NOT NEED BRAKES REPAIRED IT WAS SOME LOOSE FENDER LINER CLIPS. WAS VERY HONEST AND SAVED ME SOME MONEY I WILL BE CHECK IT OUT AND TOLD ME THAT IT DID NOT NEED BRAKES REPAIRED IT WAS SOME LOOSE FENDER LINER CLIPS. She is very knowledgeable and explains anything I started servicing my Tundra with Cowboy Toyota 3 yrs ago. Shelly Jackowski is my service advisor. She is very knowledgeable and explains anything I may not understand. She always greets me with a smile and takes care of my truck in a timely manner. When Shelly isn't there, the other service advisors treat me the same way. I have bought 3 new trucks there as well. David Marcus is my salesman. He is very knowledgeable and is quick to point out features of interest. Cowboy Toyota is one of the few places you can walk in, talk to the owner, have him grab the keys and take a test drive with you. Tobias Fulton will do just that. It's such a pleasure to work with him and Patrick Davalos, I make it a point to see them anytime I visit the dealership. Oh and they'll give you a great price too. I highly recommend the experience! I just went to this dealer tonight. I had visited Toyota of Rockwall this morning and found the experience wonderful so I thought I could do the used car lot again because it wasn't as bad as I thought it w of Rockwall this morning and found the experience wonderful so I thought I could do the used car lot again because it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be... WRONG! This was a terrible experience! Prices aren't listed; the salesman had to pull out a sheet to get prices which were too high. They didn't have the advertised car (just sold it this morning... yeah right). There were no keys and no way to look in the cars without the salesmen running into the office. He even had the nerve to ask us if we had deep pockets. He didn't know anything about the vehicles. I was telling him more about them than he knew. Then when I told him his prices were higher than other dealers around he said that Toyota has a great reputation... I know that and I was talking about other Toyota dealers. He came up with a solution we could either put down a large down payment or we could stretch the payments out in order to pay for the overpriced cars. Ridiculous! He should not be working anywhere... It is Cowboy Toyota's fault that the prices weren't clearly marked and were over-inflated and vehicles that they list on their website aren't removed when they are sold. I know a trap when I see one. My advice is to skip this dealer; go to Rockwall! More
