It's as if most of the dealers had a convention, and made an agreement that these two values (great price and great customer service) were mutually exclusive. Over the years, my experience with dealerships has made me dread having any kind of contact with them. However, my experience at Cowboy Toyota was vastly better than anything I have ever experienced elsewhere past and present. Within a relatively short time, I had negotiated via email everything that I wanted at a great price all without having to leave my own home. I requested all the numbers in advance so that I would not be surprised by any new numbers after I was committed to our ONE and only ONE face to face meeting. I asked Robert to get me in and out quick, and to send word that I wanted the hand-off and meeting with their finance guy to be as painless as possible. From there I worked with Richard Breaud who walked me quickly through the easiest finance meeting I have ever had to endure. I asked for quick and painless, and both Robert and Richard met this goal. Having many dealer options in your area is a blessing and a curse. It means that while there are tons of offers available, customer service tends to suffer because dealers often feel that they can just toss your business away like nothing as another dozen customers are just around the corner if they just wait. My experience was one of those rare and grand moments when both great price and great customer service aligned. Anyone would be a fool to pass such a moment up. I had a great experience with Cowboy Toyota! I was interested in test driving the new 2013 Rav4, but every time one came in it got sold before I got a chance to come in. When he found that they did not complete my transaction, he offered to get me the same deal at his new location. It was the easiest car purchase I have ever had! Everyone at Cowboy Toyota did what they said they would, when they said they would.The entire process at Cowboy Toyota took 3 days, and I got a better price and more options than my original deal. Robert has gone far beyond what I expected, with excellant communication and offering anything I could possibly think of, including offering to deliver my vehicle to a metroplex address, store it until I could get there to pick it up, even provide airport pickup, as I live in Arizona. The finance department was flawless, giving me every conceivable option and scenario to choose from, then getting me the option I determined was best for me. The paperwork was complete and without surprises, except that the interest rate on the final paperwork turned out to be lower than the original quote. Wow! I got the best price available on the truck I needed, more options than I thought I could afford, and a lower interest rate than quoted! Combined with Roberts Unbeleivable customer service, Cowboy Toyota has made me a customer for life.
