This is the first time I have ever encountered that from a delaers online department. Every conversation was "call/stop in, let us see what we can do". #1 I dont have the time #2 That's not internet sales, it's "slick car man 101". I expected better from a Toyota dealer in this day and age, especially with the rating they seem to have. Oh well... More

The entire process was done via email which was sooooo easy & I was even able to negotiate a price with him which is very difficult if not impossible to do on a brand new Prius. I also live 3 hours away in Austin, and Robert was able to schedule delivery of the car to my home for a very reasonable cost. The only downfall is that i never got to shake Robert's hand after the contract was signed! (haha) I would 100% recommend Robert and Cowboy Toyota and their internet sales to anyone! More
