Hard to Believe It Could Be This Easy After spending countless hours at my local dealer (where I have also bought a Camry and 4Runner) trying to find and negotiate the purchase of a new To After spending countless hours at my local dealer (where I have also bought a Camry and 4Runner) trying to find and negotiate the purchase of a new Toyota Sienna Limited and having frustration after frustration, I decided to expand my search outside of Shreveport. Requested an online quote from Robert Schultz at Cowboy Toyota (about 3 hours away), and had a response almost immediately, with a price that was just slightly LESS than what I had been willing to pay for the vehicle I wanted. Whereas the local dealer kept telling me how difficult is was to find this particular vehicle, Robert had not only found one but also given me a very competitive price within 15 minutes. Usually, when something seems too good to be true, it is. He asked for a $500 deposit to secure the vehicle from the port in Houston, which would be refunded if the vehicle was not exactly as we discussed. Reluctantly, I sent the deposit, being unsure how easily I would be able to get it back if anything wasn't as it was supposed to be. Reading all the positive online reviews is what gave me the confidence to go forward with it. When he secured the vehicle, he let me know, and then let me know when to expect it to be delivered at the dealer. When it was delivered, I filled out some paperwork online to save time and drove over to Dallas to do the deal. The vehicle was EXACTLY as I had requested, the price quoted was accurate, and the whole thing took less than a couple hours. It probably wouldn't have taken that long, except that I arrived an hour earlier than I had told Robert, and he had to finish up with another customer. There were NO extra options added on at the last minute, and ZERO pressure for extended warranties or roadside maintenance. This is the most pleasurable car buying experience that I have ever had, and I would drive the six-hour round trip in a heartbeat to buy from him again. I wholeheartedly recommend buying your next Toyota through Robert. As a side note, he responds very quickly to email, and was very patient with my need for reassurance that I wasn't going to drive all the way to Dallas to end up driving home without the minivan. More

Right now Toyota is offering zero interest or money back and even thought I was not in a hurry I had to take advantage of this time frame. I called a few other places, they called back, they haunted me, they are still calling, and inundating me with emails. Lianne never bothered me, she was unaggressive, she was helpful and kind, understanding that I wanted the best deal and never pushed me to make the decision. When I told her what I wanted she found the perfect car with the perfect specs and had it delivered exactly when I wanted it. She took the time to teach me how to use my new toy (which is what cars are today with all the electronics) and I am totally satisfied. No Games Here! Did on-line quotes at 3 other dealerships before trying Cowboy Toyota. Other dealerships seemed disinterested and unwilling to negotiate. Made offer, but never got counter offer, just a response of it being too low. Went back and forth for a couple of weeks with no results. Then tried Cowboy Toyota. Karen contacted me within couple hours of initial request to understand my wants. She's a straight shooter and plays no games. Using the Costco Auto program helped. Cowboys price beat other dealers with little negotiation. The car I wanted was not available on the lot so Karen ordered it with the exact options I wanted. She followed up with updates when available. Car came in earlier than expected. Richard at financing closed out the deal promptly. Asked if I was interested in extended warranty, but never pressured me. Best car buying experience I've had. Hope the servicing department is as good as the buying experience. Appreciated Karen's professionalism, straight shooting, and no pressure approach. Highly recommend Karen if buying a Toyota. More
