NO PRESSURE at all, they always give you time to think about everything, just like friends, even if you decided not buy. There is No games there, No back and forth to the "higher manager's office" for better prices etc. They offer you the their best price at the beginning, so no need for further tough negotiations. Before going to Cowboy, I has some experience in XXX Toyota for the same car. The first price I got was about $4000 more than the one from Cowboy. Then when I pointed out that it was even higher than the MRSP, the guy said that he would match the MRSP if I buy right now, which made me feel unnecessary to talk anything again. In terms of price, there is no guarantee that you get the best price, but should not be the worst one, neither the bad one. So if you do not have much time to visit several dealers and especially not mentally well prepared for tough negotiations, that might be the place you want to go, and Mrs. Liane Mann is the right person I recommend to talk to. They stated that they wanted to offer me a way out of my current lease and have the opportunity to get a new vehicle. I was hesitant at first since I was only 1 year into my 1 year lease. I scheduled an appointment to have Toyota make me an offer on my vehicle. They asked me what I wanted out of this transaction. I told them I would only do the deal if they gave me a 2015 Camry SE Hybrid with no money out of pocket. They introduced me and my wife to Rodney Houston and he was super nice from the beginning as he knew that this was not a for sure deal. He asked us nicely if we wanted something to drink. We asked for a water. He brought back 2 waters and went over our vehicle choices. Rodney Houston took great care of us in getting us almost exactly what we wanted. The color wasn't exactly what we wanted but we love it anyway. He took us for 2 test drives and explained the great benefits of the New hybrid vehicle.
