Bought my first new car here. I bought my first car here, a 2015 Toyota Corolla. He didn't pressure me or push me into thinking that I had to buy a car right then and there, but he made it feel right; the way it's supposed to be. My wife and I had intentions of going to Cowboy Toyota and another dealership in order to compare two specific cars we had chosen, but the experience as Cowboy was so pleasant we ended up foregoing the other stop. Liane was very professional and courteous, and especially patient while we tried to keep our toddler and 6 month old entertained throughout the process. We had a great sale price on a new Highlander, and got a very fair deal on our trade-in. There was no back & forth, no 4 square method or any other game/manipulation to suffer through. Once we had agreed on specifics, we were quickly heading to the finance department to sign papers. Chris in finance was an absolute joy to work with as well. He was patient, courteous but most of all my wife and I appreciated his humor. We did not feel rushed to sign papers, and he was willing to take time to explain or walk things through for us. Cowboy is family owned, and we met one of the co-owners during our trip there. I can't remember his name, but he was just as friendly as the rest of the bunch. You got the impression that he did care about his reputation/the name of the company and wanted to make sure everyone walked away happy. I've only bought from a dealership 3 times, but this is by far the most pleasant experience I have had. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to get a hold of Cowboy and see what they could do for you. More
