Service advisor has not much knowledge Service advisor (Tiny Shen ) recommended me to replace wiper blade which i just replaced a week ago. and put Job order 101001 multiple point check bu Service advisor (Tiny Shen ) recommended me to replace wiper blade which i just replaced a week ago. and put Job order 101001 multiple point check but technician never did, Estimate ready time is 3.00 pm , i waited till almost 3.30 pm , no contact to let me know. If i didnt ask i might wait there till the dealer closes. BTW - your service advisor Trinity asked me to wait as she would help her client who waited in line behinds me first as they knew each other. That s kind of not professional at all. I wont go back and wont recommend anyone there More
