But let me tell you about my experience at the Norm Reeves Honda Superstore in West Covina. Everything I said earlier, that was the complete opposite here. My wife and I came in, not looking to buy a car, but rather see what was available and new with cars since it had been a few years since we shoppped for a new vehicle. We were met by Cristian Velazques, the sales agent that we ultimately bought a new car from, who spoke to us as if we were neighbors. He let us test drive a car and worked with us with all of our questions and concerns. Sam Jabber, the sales manager, what can I say, he said I’ll make it happen and Oscar Rivas, the finance manager, also worked tremendously with us. They helped us facilitate buying a brand new car and within our budget too! We really did not think at all to buying a new car but when we were met with such friendly and helpful agents that worked with us and helped us buy a car instead of selling one. That made all the difference. I would definitely recommend Norm Reeves Honda to all my friends and family. Good job guys! Keep it up!!! More
