My car was dropped off and everything I needed was taken care of. Service people were helpful and friendly. The only issue I had with the service was the time of it took to drop off my car. The service took awhile as well. But, I also told them I would just be dropping off my car and leaving. So, I understand if it wasn’t “priority” since the service Department has many customers waiting in the lobby for their service to completed. :) More
